REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy: At Crosstrainers Christian Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs and training for our student-athletes. Due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy on all tuition fees, deposits, and payments made for enrollment or training. Once a payment has been processed, it is considered non-refundable.

Exceptions: In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen situations, we may consider a refund or deferment on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our administration team at register@crosstrainersacademy.org for further assistance and to discuss potential options.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the start of the program. Any cancellation made after this period will result in the loss of the deposit or full payment.
